The only online shop I know about in Germany, which is also an authorized dealer:
https://www.shop.harley-davidson-rostock.de/

Some of the non-licensed workshops, I think most of them do mail order:
http://www.luckyparts.de/
http://www.eastbike-lausitz.de/
http://www.crazy-skull.de/
http://www.buell-parts.com/

UK based, but unmentioned until now is Jersey H-D:

It's not just Buell parts, the MoFuCo are in deep shit - read up the financial reports available on the Net. When the EPA clampdown on them soon, I hope they have to crawl back to Erik and ask him to build a motor that'll be compliant with the new regs (if they survive with the Golfer Wandell at their head - look at his track record  )
I would pay good money to see this bit of poetic justice lOl

What EPA clampdown? Euro-3 is HC 0.35 g/km, NOx 0.150 g/km, CO 2.0 g/km. EPA Class III, Tier 2 is (NOx + HC) 0.8 g/km, CO 12.0 g/km.
