To be honest the time the bikes takin to complete, for various reasons, I hate just got to the point where I thought f..k it, buy them and progress the build. Expensive yes but worthwile. They seem pretty difficult to get hold of too having spent many an hour searching for some cheaper.

Here's some I made earlier, using sticky backed plastic for speed (cheaper and you don't get busted if the police stop-and-search)...

Jim, where yours the torx ones when they turned up from TM?

I ordered a set of the old socket head hex bolts a couple of weeks ago, and they turned up last Friday as the crappy torx ones.

They tell me the old socket head ones aren't available any longer, so you must have had the last set!

ETA Just looked at the dates of the postings :oooops:
