Today. First time in 5 weeks 'cos of rain. Had a nice thrashette to Whiteways Cafe at Bury Hill (near Arundel in Sussex). Usual rice burners there. Nothing interesting in car park. Where were you other guys?
Then onto Littlehampton beach for some crumpet spotting. Lots of little bastard black flies everywhere so left. Came home, put bike away, went to pub. The End.

Off to Lyme Regis in the morning

Last Sunday to goodwood breakfast club super car Sunday. 6,30 am start, 1125R from Cheddar gorge with bunch of mates who were all in extremely high performance cars being driven carefully and sedately on empty roads officer via Frome, Warminster, Salisbury, etc.
1125 was not found wanting

Still haven't got rid of the grin !

I worry I am enjoying these speeds too much and will get my comeuppance soon.

Is a comeuppance that much faster than an 1125R then?

XB9SX and S1 today!

Put my last ounce of 'Quicksteel' in the City X's muffler inlet pipe this week.
Did the first 26 miles gently today to cure the filler before venturing back onto the M5 for the next 15 miles to Bristol. Then it went smooth as a turbine , but the usually excellent (and addictive) fuelling of my XB seems to be failing me half of the ride these days.

Stopped on my way home at Nympsfield Common viewpoint and got approached by a nice old couple with their dog who took interest in my Buell.

Ain't really got time to ride again tomorrow, but itching to try some injector cleaner now.

Four years in June.

Been out all weekend lovely!

Just back from Monza for WSB.Rained for most of the time but still a great ride.Pity the organisers at Monza were useless,proverbial booze up merchants.Whilst dodging the rain in Milan dropped into HD Milano and saw their 1125r race bike,but more interestingly next to it was a brand new unsold 1125r,Is this the very last one,or do you know of another.Does this mean HD must provide spares for 7/10 years after this one is sold.

Did I do those DIY chores? Did I hell? Did another 122 miles, now injector cleaner rocks!

I guess there's only about a 50% chance that a poster actually still has one anyway (I haven't got round to getting rid of mine yet, I suppose).

Went to the Walsh National Rally on the Uly on Friday, got some big vibs and found that the front Isolator was broked . Patched it up with some old Garden hose and cable ties which got me home without doing the Walsh. Enjoyed the riding though, so all good really...

Stripped the isolator off this morning, yup its buggered...!


Anyone got one for sale?

Well I rode my XB9SX Saturday evening after the rain had gone,then got up early Sunday morning, rode to Germany and took in some nice roads near the southern most tip of the Schwarzwald. Lovely and sunny but a bit cold!!
