Yeah but same price as last year. Worth it because 500 crossers flat out (oh the noise) and drink scrumpy on the beach top notch

It is a spectacle, it's true, but 20 notes to stand on a public footpath?

Nah, I can remember when it was an end of season hair letting down exercise for the crosser boys and it was completely buck shee. Then they started charging a quid for charity - fair enough.
Those prices are just taking the piss.
Maybe someone can let us know how much they charge at Mablethorpe?

They don't charge anything at all for the Mablethorpe beach racing ;) ;) and a good day out on a nice sunny winters day :D

Doesn't look good this year. Weather was pants, although that might have pcked the sand more than usual, but the race was cancelled after a big pile-up left 17 or 19 injured, 2 badly, one airlifted off the beach. :(

Bumping this thread for C5 to show there are even sexier Buell supermotos than the STT (it's a long story...!)

And while this threads back at the top just to let you all know there is going to be a full on amca organised beach race at Skegness next month .....sounds like it's going to be weston style rather than the short oval track style used at Mablethorpe.
