Still got one but it wouldn't take much to take it from me.

STT for 3 years now. Came close to selling it back in the summer when the Germans were paying only £500 less than I paid for it new-but after some thought I decided that there's nothing out there that I would rather be riding~ I love the beast! :D

I should add that little does he know but WillyBuell's enthusiasm for the breed turned my thinking around!
I had been succumbing to some of the negativity from others on this forum :askmaz:

Still have my now 10 year old Cyclone, regularly used for commuting, shopping and the odd Europe-trip.

What else can one do than to hang on to an old Buell? Most modern bikes are unnecessarily complicated, cultivated to death and mostly about radiating some obscure life-style - which in most cases is to destract the unsuspecting observer from one's actual life-style lOl

I was talking about the XB's obviously.
The fact you have been spannering them for so long lends weight to the fact about your comments on the XB's and I of course respect that. After due thought and deliberation I have however come to the opinion that you are too subjective on the XB range. In your view the cost of replacing the output bearing outweighs the cost of the bike-so it is a write off. This is not the view of people like WB.
Enthusiasm knows no cost!

Respect to you and Happy New Year!

Not convinced but I'll give it another summer and see how we get on.
