as the owner of possibly the worst memory in the group :oooops: did the layout of the the forum used to be all in one continues stream ? or did i dream that :? also as for the bikes themselves both tubers & fuelers were never fully" finished "from the factory& did generaly benifit from selected owner mods..the tubers S series from gearing & jetting mods for example...some of the appeal of the Buell marque was always the rairity & novelty

This is the fifth generation of the UKBEG forum. Perhaps the very, very first forum could have been described like that but fairly soon after that, the second generation forum came along that was based on a Snitz 2000 ASP script platform running on a Windows server.

so memory not soooooo bad then ......found my original membership card :D says 1195
dated 30/4/2000 so just a newbie then :worthy: just about 12months after my first buell.................sadly just reminded me off a local (3miles away) m2 rider died shortly after i found the group :cry: ....cant remember his name off the top of my head but i do recall he did an artical on how to raise the footrests on the m2/s3 models in the paper news letter that we all awaited(thanks CJ &JJ) before the interweb

I suppose progress is a good thing.....
Cant help wondering if some things would have been better not moving forward though.
Its cool the site got bigger better and more members
just a shame the company got it wrong
