Actually thinking about it you said you had an email quoting to reapir the bike which is a form of contract between you and them.. they've failed to carry out the repair so if i'm correct your within your rights to take the bike else where and get them to foot the bill for repair and correction of anything wrong they have done

but i;m sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong

i can hear the sound of a can of worms being opened

you could check with trading standards first ,, basically do a bit of homework to be sure your in the right

Put it down to experience Panther......cant believe you took your bike to a main stealer in the 1st place.......definite brain fart there mate and you got what was to be expected/you deserved
Only main dealer to use in the UK is Black Bear ( if you can afford them) because the staff at that shop actually know about Buell......most of them own and ride the marque


Better yet, support the independants or they will be gone forever and then both you and
Buell in the UK will be truely fucked
