Did it again this morning even with the fuel turned off all night.

Turn fuel on, pull choke out, twist throttle and hit starter = massive crack/bang and flame out of the end of the pipe, smoke from the forcewinder and no start, try again and it starts ok :?

What ever was in it when it came out of the box, I would presume :)

I will ask Tubbs to give it a proper strip and clean, might still be gummed up a bit from when it was sat doing nout

I.E. you shut it off but it still lets fuel through
