In 5 minutes I'll be riding mine from Reading to Ty Croes in Anglesey without riding on any motorways. Tomorrow I'll be riding round in circles, and then I'll ride it home again on Sunday.

I reckon I'll be at Quatt Caf for about half 2/3 o'clock if anyone fancies a brew.

Hope you remembered to pack a spare belt

There was no need for a spare anything.

Was at Quatt Friday on the way to Anglesey and today on the way home.

The Buell was fantastic round Anglesey circuit to the point where I'm reconsidering selling it.

In God's own country I think he must ride something with a Harley motor! 8-)

Weekend just gone...

Me: Riding my XB12X, sometimes on both wheels, around Normandy with some great mates on my stag do.
Missus to be: Riding her Blast with other mates here in the UK because she was jealous!

We'll take out the Uly and the Lightning at the weekend :sun:

Well whatever gets you going, but I would have thought God would be into old school low revving thunder rather than a 'cammy bark'! The pushrod tubes a metaphor for the pillars of his temple to open the gates of fire! lOl

Had a lovely bimble this evening....was hoping for some excitement through the minor roads, but the bastid councils all seem to choose May/June for their road re-surfacing programme, so everything covered in chippings and tar!!!

Journey took longer than usual, due to this, but still managed to blow the cobwebs away and put a smile back on my face (seriously missing all day, if not longer..!)... so, happy days...

Had a fantastic run on ol' Betsy (S1w) following one of last year's tour de france stages around the Aveyron (an easy way to find great roads and scenery, btw) last Monday... Now back in Blighty for a couple days before heading towards the other home on that rock in the Irish Sea..!

Hey, it's good to be back on the forum (am completely offline when in France, not even got a phone!!!!  )

Just came back from a trip to Provence (we flew down and hired a car) and I'm now desperate to go back and take the Buell!

Amazing roads, amazing countryside

I hate being in a car on holiday, on roads you know were meant for a bike.
