Been a while since I last logged in - hope all are fit & well! I'm going to make what I reckon will be a contentious comment. I've just got my 1125R back from Riders of Bristol after a frustrating time waiting for the arrival of spares to come through the Harley logistics chain. There were a few issues.....! What I'd like to say publicly is that the actual dealership - Riders - have been totally brilliant throughout. Their service manager and his 2IC were all over this case & never dropped the ball once. Both were proactive & fought my corner with the Harley reps, H-D customer services and the european distribution centre. Their mechanic has just come back from a 1125R course and his skills & experience was instrumental in sorting out a problem additional to the original fault. I've not named them to save a few blushes but I believe in credit where it is due - well done Riders, I for one will be a returning customer in the future. |

I like Riders, I had a few frustrating moments with warranty claims, but all got sorted out in the end... |
