Thinking of getting a Shark "Evoline Moovit" in white

I'm used to my BMW Enduro, but after having 2 of them, the visor mechanism on both has broken.

Looking for something with a 'flip front' so I can have it open in town, shut on the big roads.

I like the idea of the integrated visor on the Shark too

Anyone had any experience with them?

I bought a Shark (RS1?) mainly because it was one of the few lids that was comfortable. I was very pleased with it until it was trashed in a friends accident (long story).

Can't comment on all the range but mine was good and not mega priced either.

If you're considering the Schuberth C3 you'd better take a look at this before making a decision -

I was offered one at a bargain price - after reading that I didn't consider it much of a bargain - but who knows, there must be some good ones out there !

I don't like the look of the Schuberths much.

I don't know anything about flip front lids as I won't touch them with a barge pole. I have crash tested (and taken chunks out of) several Shark helmets though, which is why my current lid is another Shark.

My missus has an Evoline. She's happy with it. They did not seem to fit me. But in Spain the shops do not always seem to have all sizes in stock and I was a bit pushed for time as well. Very solid feeling. If it fits - go for it. I like the fact the chin piece pushes right back and is not a sail.

No, but didn't Carl Fogarty win all his Superbike championships many moons ago wearing one? ;)

That's what I've got at the moment I think it's a really good helmet.

Never tried one. But I'm a hammerhead.

Thanks Losttyke. I'll definitely get one now. Where in Yorkshire are you from? I'm from Skipton...

i really like the Evoline 2 and want to buy one, but every one i try on seems to be slightly different and press on my right ear uncomfortably somewhere; also i seem to be between sizes as i cant get a comfortable fit.
