The bits you have there are only the start of the problem.......go study them fitted to a bike and look at the relationship to everything else around them

........I'll give you a starter for 10.......eccentric pivot for the pulley bearing with operating lever sprung to the redundant threaded boss under the footpeg mount.......this will require a new pulley to accomodate bigger ID bearings......you'll also have to move the pulley forward, machine the existing brackets to give more side clearance (or make new items L+R) and when you've done all this, you'll need to move/machine the sidestand etc. etc. etc...........good luck.

Crack on chap, cant wait to see your design......btw, my CR already has a solution fitted......no idea if it works or not as the bike has covered less than 800 miles in the 2 years I've had it :)

Be interested to see what you come up with.
With my very long arm and chainconversion, tension is really hard to get right. I just have to set it with the suspension slammed to the floor, so it doesn't pull me output shaft out the box when the bike squats on launch.
Very slack at rest, even with rubber guides it sounds awful riding back to the pits.
Had thought about remaking the idler wheel with a ptfe outer or making a new assembly to mount on the swingarm.
