Guys looking to take the tank of the S1W but for some reason cannot find it in the manual......im sure i have seen it but where the bloody hell at Just need some step by step as not to knack out or blow myself up.......im good like that Cheers Stewy |

T'is very straight forward Stewy... There should be a single coarse threaded wingnut type bolt under the seat that you undo. Lift the seat off, rear end first and unlatch lug at front. There should be a bolt at the back of the tank holding a "toothed" plate down attaching back of tank to frame.Note direction of teeth once removed; they stop the tank sliding. Once fuel pipe is disconnected that plate is removed and tank lifted off, rear first, drawing front "lug" out of its home behind headstock. Simples |

Maz I'm just doing a little tidying.... Will be putting a list together for the things I want doing (but not in my relms of doability ) and will then be calling some guy in Manchester to carry out the said tasks along with other stuff he may recommend |
