I have been through and interesting journey over the last few months - which as culminated in me relocating back to the UK last week , and "seeking new opportunities" ... or at least I will be in March.

Unfortunately the move has lead to a bit of what the American call a "yard sale" ... we have divested ourselves of sofas, TVs and shed load of other stuff ... downsizing is quite cathartic

Now the difficult bit. About six months ago I put up probably the best example of an M1 for sale here and a fine example of Maz's work. I had huge interest - and couldn't bring myself to sell ... but the bad news - I couldn't afford to bring her back and store .. (1500 GBP) ,
The worst news is that in order to reap maximum payback, I have sold her to one on the local custom builders in ZH (tube buells are not sort after - old buell engines and front ends are ....). I had never imported the bike - so it's off to the breakers

The planned new home for engine / gear box and front end is some bobber/mutant buell type creation , which will next be seen gracing the biker bars of Lake Zurich

So please forgive me - I'm hoping if I turn up to any meets that I won't get lynched :o

And if Swissie custom builder called Wolfgang might start posting here - be kind to him and play nicely ...... :old: , I'm sure it will be a nice custom/chop ....

Must say, I'm more than a bit relieved......was dreading someone from here buying the bike only to realise what a shite job I'd made of it :)

Sob too good a machine to use for a chopper. Use a damn Hardly Movingson. Truly sad waste of a good bike.
Oh yeah just my opinion and all that.
