Why not have the XB9 engine that Tubbs has?

I'd have another 1125 if one of mine gets trashed - and they seem to be bargain prices at the moment.

If I could only own one though it would have to be a CR - it's more practical on a daily basis.

Get a Suzuki B-King while you can. Loads more low-down power than a Buell (and of course higher up the rev range) and they handle plus they've got to be more reliable. I've still got my Ulysses for now, but any trip longer than Sagres and it's Big Suzi.

How many miles did you get out of it before it died?

I remember seeing your engine at Tubbs. I'm guessing that was when the gearbox bearing went. 60000 :!: at the rate I put miles on these days I should be alright for a while. Sorry to hear thats it for the Buell and good luck with the next bike :yup:
