Hi,

I heard that HPE exhausts have been discontinued. What experiences have people got with them? What is a good sounding 1125 exhaust (I'm not into increasing BHP)?
I'm now hunting for a HPE but they are impossible to get...anyone has one?

thanks for reading :)

If you haven't heard of an Albert, you can find them here: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=3654

He is a lovely guy (real name Alan) and a wizard when it comes to creating exhausts etc.

Many members on here have already invested in one of his creations and sing his praises very highly indeed.

Hope you get yourself sorted soon... :yup: :sun:

Oh wow, I'll pm him asap. Do you know how do they stand in terms of MOT and road legality? :D

As far as I am aware, as long as you leave the baffles in they are fine..... Hope that helps.

incredible... :) thanks for bedtime reading! Just visited the website, very impressive. Dropped my 1125cr today... well it rolled away from me when on a stand...luckily a little scuff on the left air scoop and on that stator rubber round seal. Can those be changed or does the whole stator cover have to go? (sorry for hijacking my own topic :P )

You should be able to get just the puck from your HDB dealer - not at home, so I can't help with the part number - and it probably won't be cheap !

There was somebody in the US that was making replacements that were a little bigger, but can't find them listing them on EBay anymore.

I've got an Albert pipe on my 1125 and it's the nicest sounding pipe I've ever heard on a Helicon, the fabrication is a work of art :yup:
His new prices are about what you'd pay secondhand for shite like the Remus (Stevie Wonder welded the one I bought  ) and HPE etc 8-)
