Hi not been on here for ages hope everyone is well. Just wondered if anyone could tell me the best place to get a front disc for xb9. Thanks in advance. |

are you upgrading , or is yours worn out or warped just asking as some people have been told they had a warped disc but just contaminated surface from crap pads |

Hi it's not my bike. But yes hes Been told its a warped disc but but read it could be the springs behind the disc that are seized. |

Better to check the bolting points (press to see if they all move) and to check the rotor for true before pulling apart the bike and replacing parts that may not be required. |

Probably deposits. Before you buy another, try it with another set of pads to see if the deposits, it that is the problem, wear off. Case in point, my EBC finned disc gave the pulsating feeling with Braking pads. I swapped these for Goldfren and in a few hard stops it took the pulsation away. Now back to Braking cos thdbije stops better with them... |

The springs do seize. The mounting notches on the actual disc also wear. It can be a bit frightening seeing how much when you remove the disc. I ordered a 6mm finned disc and a mounting kit from EBR for mine. |
