As I just got my bike3 weeks ago, I can say, I don't have any confident at all, till I ride my bike to Colin at moorspeed racing. He so kind to check my bike over. After that I had ordered free spirit belt tentioner, fitted my self follow from how to forum. Now time to go for long distant test, I got AA member my self too. Then I went to see my friend in london and I ride my uly direct, non stop. All gear up-down fine. I keep doing around70-80 mph. I did fill up before I leave bournemouth and I back to the same station to refill . And the bill only18.50 to full tank. Also no AA needed  now I really love it......

I agree - it's a nice surprise if you are new to Buells (like me) Last fill-up, including a wee bit of hooning around.. My 06 Uly: 59mpg 'Er indoors's 08 XB12SCG: 58mpg Worst so far: 53mpg, average seems to be 56mpg+, even screaming around the French countryside a couple of weekends back  If generally speed limits I reckon 60mpg is possible. It makes up for the slightly frustrating range after my last bike. Jon |
