Hi, I have been thinking of fitting a stenzel bar to my 02 X1 does anyone have any experience with one and does anyone have the dimentions of one so i could make one Many Thanks Thunderer |

......actually, that's not entirely accurate......it makes the bike a bit heavier

In theory it should work, as there is less weight in your wallet the bike will have an easier time.... |

Thing is here no one has tested one so how do they know if it works or not

The bar connects the brace between the V to the top of the front mount (the other side of the isolator), so it should stop bending moments applied to the front mount by the damping of the isolator. |

Only ever seen one in the flesh and that was on a bike that came in for a new front engine mount
