Hi,

I have been thinking of fitting a stenzel bar to my 02 X1 does anyone have any experience with one
and does anyone have the dimentions of one so i could make one

In theory it should work, as there is less weight in your wallet the bike will have an easier time....

The bar connects the brace between the V to the top of the front mount (the other side of the isolator), so it should stop bending moments applied to the front mount by the damping of the isolator.

Only ever seen one in the flesh and that was on a bike that came in for a new front engine mount lOl
