 Post subject: BBQ paint.

Had the old can sandblasted today, and used BBQ paint!
Came out great, bashed it on with a brush, and hey presto!
A good as new can I can use at ITV (MOT) time ;)
Of course, I've yet to see if it stays on.
Did it in the engine room at work. lOl

Looks good, my mate did his exhausts on his harley and they've stayed black.

That looks like similar stuff, except in aerosol form.
TBH I didn't read the tin too thoroughly, and now I'm not so sure if it needs curing or not. I'll have another look at the tin tomorrow.
I wasn't too worried about the finish, as I don't plan on running it on the bike, as I said, just for inspection time.
But it goes on lovely. I just bashed it on with a throw away brush, and it looks pretty presentable. Smells good too! lOl

I just didn't want a rusty piece of shyte kicking around my shed.

Of course, it's no substitute for a propper job like Zircotec.
