As I have just removed a 1mm piece of wire, that had gone into the rear tyre about 12mm deep...

About 9cm from the centre of the tyre.

I have marked the position and tested with soap and no bubbles emerged.....

Looked like it went straight in but then could be a bit on the slant.....

I don't think you'll find the info for the full carcass depth though which is what you really want to know .....................if it didn't go right through and was only wire size i'd say you were still good to go.
