Can anyone tell me if a rear hugger and a fly screen from a XB9S 2003 model fit on a XB9SX 2005 model.

I don't think the rear hugger will fit.I think it was 2005 when the xb's got a different swing arm and the mounting holes are different.fly screen mounting points should be same.

06 was the change year. You have an 06 or later if you have the grille in the airbox cover.

So, yes, it will fit...
