Just took this oil pump drive out of my X1 at 34000 miles, I don't think it would have done 35000 miles

Correct I am Guilty. :oooops: ......but the bike hasn't been used this year as I spent the year on the Ully and T140, it's nice to leave a bike for a couple of years and then return to it as it makes you appreciate it more especially when you have been doing a lot of work to it.... :D

Mine looked like that when I removed it last year at 35000 miles. Razor sharp, it was hard to believe it had'nt let go :ill:

Mine was perfect at similar mileage. Strange.
Fitted the new one anyway, and cut the gear case down while I was at it. :)

You got that out in the knick of time I would say!

The cam cover looks much better IMO. I still need to make up the oil lines.

Aren´t we supposed to put them on the mantle piece, or is that only LH the ones? :)
