I used both original mounting points and a rubber bobbin on mine. Haven't put enough miles on the bike yet to thoroughly test it though...

Yours is a Vance and Hines though, it is not? I should get it fixed cos one day it might break off completely and go under your rear tyre. At best you will need a new exhaust and a change of underwear... |

Anyone got any tips on how to get the end off an Albert can without marking it? Mines well in. I want to fit a baffle, but can't get the end off the can. |

Ok, I need to ask this of Albert... What would it take to build me an exact copy of the full race exhaust and all bracketry? I gotta say, I'm not loving the D&D system on my X1. I had 2 Buell Pro-Series full systems on past bikes and they just plain worked properly. Would love to have one again. |

Oh, and what the hell is wrong with me? Buying a 14 year old bike only to spend butt loads of money on it... |
