Hi, I'm posting this on behalf of my postman here in France. I'm not a biker but moved over to France 5 years ago and my postman is a Buell fan. I've imported several Land Rovers but have no experience of bikes, and that's exactly what Benjamin (my postie) is looking to do.

He speaks no English, so I said I'd try and find out a bit on his behalf...

As part of the import he'd need a CofC but is this a problem with American spec? I know people have difficulty with this with cars...but with a bike?

Grateful for any help on his behalf.

I sold a Buell S2 to a chap from France a few years ago and he also has a brace of other early Buells in his stable. I still keep in contact with him via Facebook. If you like I could see if he is happy to speak to your postman to iron out any wrinkles.
