Is this greedy, money grabbing exercise International or just in the UK? Could be a cunning plan to alienate loyal customers even further and make them buy Ducatis :rofl:
Hopefully they improve the services they provide to customers by 10% as well; or am I being silly :?:

You're being silly. In the standard retail price/service ratio, when the price increases the service decreases on an equal sliding scale. This is the golden rule which HD are glad to abide by. Simples.
