Post subject:  EBC Disc
I ordered a brand new EBC disc from a company called Brooks Barn, when it arrived I opened the box to check it out, there were some strange marks on it and the counter bores look like they were done with a cordless and a blunt tool,the over all quality is shit, I have purchased hope discs for pedal bike in the past and the quality is spot on just what you expect, any way I called Brooks Barn this morning to complain, the guy says right send us some photos so we can look at them and contact the manufacturer and so on, WTF do they understand customer services, I would have expected something like, sorry Sir would you like a refund or we will send a new one out ASAP and send the old one back, Tossers to say the least, wound off the clock.

Send it back and tell them you want a replacement or your money back...fuck the polite telephone shit
Just send it back with your demands....you know....exercise your customer rights to a decent product and service

They need to move Stevie Wonder out of quality control, mine was spot when I got it a few years back.
