So it sounds like Hero have tried to shaft them yet again basically they wanted a period of a year where they could just go back and say that they'd just remembered that they owned that bit , Bruce Belfer's legal team got that time reduced BUT it still meant Hero could claim things six days AFTER BB would have closed the deal, would your bank lend you money to buy something if somebody could come after the sale and take it away ?
