Latest news appears to be a firm of liquidators bought EBR. Not good news. Standby for a bunch of EBRs to be sold off at fire sale prices. Shame, is this the end of Erik? |

Almost certainly.....I wouldn't buy it for free cos nobody in their right mind would ever buy a 'Buell/EBR/whatever' product ever again ! |

Apparently, new owners to be confirmed on Monday. Rumour is that it's the same people who liquidated Buell. |

A repreive from liquidation it seems. The court in the US has delayed a decision EBR until Jan 14th 2016. There's hope yet! |
