I'd bin that tyre no matter how well you clean it up. If the surface has been roughed up, the oil may have soaked into the 'pores' and get squidged out when warm. My opinion only.

exactly that but the oil soaked the rear brake so i had no rear brake at all |

Good to see are ok Paul. This sort of thing beggers belief  Cover the hole to stop any crap geting in and match any new tyres. Take lots of pics and note everything - Date, time, miles with no oil in case it becomes a legal issue. HD
