Anyone know where I could find front and rear rotor bolts for a 2010 xb12 scg possibly anodised if not ones I could get anodised myself.

front rotor mounting bolts are a buell specific item and part of a mounting kit. From memory i think Blackbuell09 had his polished. Rears you could try getting them replicated in titanium and having them anodised. Don't use stainless. And definitley DON'T use anodised ally

Would it be possible to have both replicated in titanium and if so where?

You coud always try somewhere like these http://www.competitionfasteners.com/tit ... s-41-c.asp Everything is possible......At a price
The mounting kit http://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-Buell-F ... 1881wt_933. You'd have to remove one of yours and possibly post it off to see if it was do-able

I'm never that comfortable with titanium fastners, if you do use them you must also bare in mind that they are the worst thing for galling, they are ok for really fast people on tracks which I'm certainly not.
