So I've got myself some Cole Foster grips and replacement mirrors (thanks Dutch ;) ) i removed the bar end mirrors that were on my 'bolt, the question is this......

How the holy hell do i get the gubbins out of the bar end?
the mirror came off piece of pish, but the internal fitment bit????

Do i simply attach a bolt, thread enough so it grips and then tap/wriggle it out?

Cheers
Lee

If its just anchored in using a section of rubber oil line, thread a bolt long enough to pick up the nut/threaded insert and using pliers wiggle it out. If its anchored in using an expanding wedge/hilti bolt type fixing then use a bolt long enough to pick up the threaded insert and try tapping CAREFULLY IN first to release the expanding wedge, before wiggling it outwards. Hope this helps.
