What's a 96 Thunderstorm? An S2 Thunderbolt? And what's a Carby X1? An X1 with a carb instead of the fuel injection it came with? Answer is yes, however it screwed onto a fuel injected bike, the screws will be metric and if it is screwing onto a carb, the screws need to be UNC. Also note that the (bespoke) filter that comes in the X1 kit has a hole for the temp sensor and breather that the S1/S2/M2 kit doesn't. 'chat' is French for 'cat' |
