Just felt the need to share this, my fork seals (XB12X) have been leaking since the day i picked up the bike, as it wasnt much i put it off and off as i dont do alot of miles and have very little time and two other bikes im in the middle of building, then i saw a advert for this seal mate thingy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Jw1MYov_hk

and thought why not I will give it a go its only a few pound.

Ordered and then gave it a go at the weekend, easy enough to do, pull the dust seal down and then simply insert and rotate a dozen or so times, cleaning in between with a bit of brake cleaner and rag, re seat the dust seal and went for a ride on sunday and tadaaaa bone dry!

from what i found it seems a 50/50 success rate so maybe worth a go, saved me some time in pulling the forks apart for the time being. Had already bought some oil seals but will now wait until winter comes to pull them and give them a overhaul.
