Does anyone know if a 2004 XB9r is euro 3 compliant.
Living in London we will be getting the ULEZ April next year. In 2021 the zone will spread out to the north and south circular roads.
When checking on the TFL website a couple of weeks ago my bike was classed as 'compliant' when I double checked yesterday it is now showing as 'non-compliant'.
Thanks in advance.

AFAIK early models no, only the later ones which came with a catalyzer.

:yt: with today’s congestion at rush hour times in any of the big cities ,it no surprise that todays criminals are using mopeds as getaway vehicles

That's the crazy bit... Big Vern in his Mk 2 Jag would be classed as compliant! Any vehicle aged 40 years or older can be classed as 'Historic' and is ok...

 hey, let's all get 1977 Kwak KH's, Yam RD's and Suzy GT's, and hold a rally near Buck Palace, or the Houses of Parliament :P

This will probably have quite an impact on the secondhand bike market over the next couple of years, even if the 'resident within the Zone' gets a >90% discount on the charge.
