Going to look at a Ulysses, 16000 miles ,07 plate ,looks in excellent condition, recent tyres and battery. Race can and re - map, old MOTs lots of other bits £3000. What do you think ,is that a fair price ??? |

How long is a piece of... Tricky one Gravy. What kind of service history (and where) and how long ago were the bearings (Steering, swingarm, wheel) replaced? If it has had a recent proper 10k service then 3k is a bargain...If not, you'll need another grand or more if the belt is original and FS belt tensioner is absent. Luggage will be another £600 or more too, if you can find it. *More knowledgeable peeps will be along soon, hopefully before your viewing* |

Had new belt and self adjusting tensioner recently fitted ( less than 1000 miles ) don't know about seals ! |

If it this one: https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified ... 3tq&page=1 That's pretty tidy. I would say it won't stick around long at that price. He would've said if the 10k full service was done so you'll need to factor that in, not cheap. Plus the Uly hard luggage (way better than that soft stuff he has in the pictures) is up there in price. I like it. |

Gravy. I am pretty sure the forks will need rebuilding at that age/mileage too... Ring Maz before you go, ask him about the 10k service. |

Being a 2007 model you shouldn’t need to look at he oil pump drive gear at that mileage. |

Well I bought it, 07 plate 16800 miles on clock, all old MOTs. Had 10 k service with receipt, had fork re - build ,oil seals ect. Standard seat and custom low seat ( which I prefer ) . Stainless steel race can and standard exhaust included, re - map to suit. Also got a Buell Tooth , and new holdall for rear darker. All original documents including two discs to workshop manuals £3000. Did 70+ miles on way home , very pleased. Will put pics on when I've cleaned it properly |

Ah that's awesome man well done! Steering head, swing arm and wheel bearings on that 10k service receipt by any chance? Manuals are here too if you have trouble with the CD. Congrats on the new family member. |
