.......and is now sporting a rather sorted s1 rear tail.

Following on from my 'wanted' thread, here's the outcome.....and i have to say it's transformed the bike very much for the better in regards to how it handles, ride position, feedback when pressing on a bit, comfort ( although the seat really needs refoaming/new cover) plus i love the looks :yup:

Here's some pics -

Would imagine some may think   not another one......but i'm   :ner:

Just need to sort the paint out on the plastic for a better colour match, shame halfords gloss black is no where near right. :geek: Also when i get the time i'll rework the stock part of the frame i cut off with some spiggots so i can revert back to 2 seats and luggage if the need ever arises.

ta for the kind words guys :yup:

- i do hope D2 approves, he put much effort into looking after things.

- that is one of your foam oil tank covers Maz! It needed a bit of a 'trim' to sit within the seat without pushing on the tank ( was fine with the m2 seat) . Very handy for keeping the dirt away.

It sure is , i believe them to be model specific for fitment. I could adapt it to fit the new rear framework if i wanted but for how easy it'll be to change over the frame (back to an m2 rear) i'm not sure it'll be worth it- i'm usually never without my tankbag anyways. 8-)
