I did a search and saw that Whitey got some made up, but that was 9 years ago now. Has anyone had any mixed up lately?
I just need to touch up some bits to avoid the full strip down for a while longer. None of the areas are visible normally. I know that I can get a paint shop to mix some up, but is there something close "off the shelf" that would do?

Gonna have a chat with the guys at Rainbow Paints on Monday. They match using a spectrophotometer from a sample. I will take my sidestand and see what they can do.

I've got one of those little stone chip kits in Nuc Blue which you are welcome to borrow but it sounds like you might need a little more then that.

I just want a 500ml aerosol for now. If I strip down for a full paint job, it will be off the road for years doing it all..... lOl

I think the original is a three part paint, silver base , blue top coat and then clear.

I used a grey etch primer to start and a clear lacquer to finish.

Not an issue here either right now. Hurricane season is starting up. Your 12 months of rain gets condensed into 4 months for our region.

With any luck, a storm will wash all the BLM protesters and sympathizers out to sea.
