Is what I just shelled out on a spare engine I bought recently, checking the engine number revealed it came from a 2002 registered X1 from Colorado, its got good compression and goes through all the gears nicely but obviously it will be getting stripped and checked out before I do anything with it,
Looking at the prices of spare parts and major components at the moment I reckon I haven't done too badly
