A friend was in a cafe where there was an Indian bike on display.

Question is: What is there Bellmouth on the RHS of the engine near the rear pushroad tube? It looks like there is a copper tube from the assembly to the carb (which appears to be on the rear LHS of the engine)

Any ideas? Or knowledge of the bike

Judging by the position ,it could be a DIY adblue /urea metering system in an attempt to comply with the new ULEZ in our city’s
