Hi all
Not posted for a while but got a question ; :o
We have recently moved to France and I am trying to register my X1 over here , done the KTM no problem but the being told that there is not enough info on the log book as regards emission etc so they require a C O C.
After chasing various avenues I have been told that as Buell no longer exist (as we know it ) , Duh   , they cannot do anything :headbang: .
Does anyone know of a way to get the C O C from UK ? as I think they will accept it (not checked yet )
Cheers
Jeff

Should still be able to get it through a Harley-Davidson dealer but the importers have been getting less and less helpful over the past few years. Warrs have been very supportive in the past so might be worth trying them.

Good luck

Steve

There is a buell service shop in France
https://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/artikele ... 0&aid=1215

Maybe they can help you with getting the correct information!?

Thanks for the answers guys , :yup:

I have contacted Warrs and also Cedric at Twin Motorcycles France (they are on the outskirts of Paris , about 5 hours away from me , so not easy to pop up and see them !).

Guess I'll wait and see , don't really wanna take the Buell back to the UK if I can help it or leave in storage here .

I'll keep you posted in case anyone else needs to do the same thing .

Jeff
