Moisture is the enemy at a prepped drag strip, the surface of the track is sprayed with glue which is very sticky when dry but turns to slime with the littlest amount of water, that's why on rwyb days bike riders get frustrated with the condensation dripping from shitbox exhaust's an on hot days people running their A.C units in the pairing lanes
