Hello,
The title says it really but what are the height differences between the S and Scg.
Obviously the Scg has the lowered seat and if I remember correctly shorter forks.
Are the forks physically different or are the just set up to be shorter.
What I'm trying to establish is can an XB12S be modified relatively easily to be as low as an Scg, or close enough.
Any input will be great.
Thanks
Andrew

Different forks and I think a different shock.

You'd need to change the forks, shock and sidestand. It can be done - I've done it to my Firebolt, but it's not cheap.

If that is the case then holding out to fond an Scg seems like the best option.
Thanks

they did do a tournig seta for the buell XB12s, lowered the seat height by about 1", cost about £200.00, the cheaper option if have a gel pack fitted in the seat, that will lower the seat height by about the same.
