not sure how Maz did it, but new tyres & a lot of copper grease to remedy the Hdealership / factory issues and the quick check up - and the 12r suddenly has an extra 1k revs to play with at 70 mph (because to go faster than 70 is illegal
) and it runs and sounds better than ever!.... oh, and now i have a burning desire to own a tuber too 
So a big thank you to Maz for giving me the opportunity to watch and learn whilst he sorted out the bike and I drank all the tea!
