Seen this set on ebay for a very reasonable price £50 inc delivery approx. Obvioulsy there a copy of Rizoma mirrors but Rizoma mirrors cost about £148 pair inc delivery. Anyone bought these? are they any good?

I have them on my Ducati and all my Buells. The mirrors are excellent quality and work extremely well but the mounting arrangement is very inadequate.
Unfortunately, you'll have to find someone with a lathe to make a simple adaptor for you :shut:

What about changing the bar end weights, I was expecting to do that?

Having looked at the catalogue of Rizoma stuff for the XBs, drool!! but would need a small loan to buy! Comparing photos below seems Rizoma looks better but that could just be the quality of photos?

vs Ebay ones

I use the ebay ones and they are great quality and a sensible price, unlike the Rizoma ones which are a fortune.

Buy them, you wont be disappointed.

What about vibration? Std mirrors vibrate more times that a back massager, Do these mirrors vibrate when riding or can you see what's behind you at all speeds?

Pics?

Edit: let me just clarify, professional pics are one thing but if there any of them fitted on your bikes with the average mans camera in daylight that would be good!

I've got oberon bar end mirrors and find these to vibrate far less than the standard ones, giving better visibility, even though the mirror is far smaller.

i've got some Rizoma's fitted to my bike. Not the bar end ones. They are fucking rubbish but look great....

...and by rubbish I mean you can't see a thing behind you unless you happen to be 4' tall.

I did wonder about that! Looking at some of the pics of all their mirrors they seem to stick out less than the std mirrors. The one pictured I think would be better cause you can swivel both ways! Have you thought about extenders which would help?

Was I typing in braille? When I said they work 'extremely well', WTF do you think I use them for apart from looking behind me :?:

Probably not good for 'all speeds' but certainly good enough for what your bike is capable of

Thanks for confirming all that, now last question hopefully! How do you remove the std bar end weights? Looking at mine looks like I would have to use large pliers or molegrips to turn them but that would ruin them! Or is that normal to ruin them when removing?

Bar end weights should just pull out with a firm tug.
