just fitted this screen to my uly having had the standard and the extended screens on both of which were useless for me (being 6ft 2") and what a difference i can cruise at 80-90 mph(where permissable) in comfort, 2 - of the holes match and i had to drill another 2 holes for the barbed plugs but it fitted a treat and looks good, ( i will try and upload a pic of my bike ) |

Makes it a tad nose-heavy to my eyes, but those screens are quick enough to change that you could just use it for the longer trips. Besides, for those who think it looks questionable on a Uly, imagine what it must look like on the ER-6! Does the extra pressure that must put on the front end affect the handling? Oh, and get those reflectors off your forks, will you, before they ruin the things. |

when your 18 stone 6ft2" theres a lot of wind pressure on you and this screen really helps ,high speed stability was dodgy before this fairing and so far i havn"t pushed it with this on . but at £45.00 you can"t go wrong even if the looks don"t appeal to you |

Can't defy your logic, must admit its beginning to grow on me. |

That should be "Can't defy your logic, sir..." I'm sure that something that large on the front will create... hmmm.... well, will create what? More downforce would be the first thought but maybe the area of negative pressure behind the screen will have the opposite effect. Whatever, I'd be looking out for a possibly significant effect from that. I've gone the opposite way with The Fridge (2001 Fazer). Although I haven tried anything as large as that, I find that large screens create a lot of disturbed air which is both noisy and tiring to sit behind. Small screens might create a greater force on the noggin but it's more consistent and quieter. |

theres no doubt theres a lot of buffeting going on at high speed , i think i"ll go back to the original mini screen for direct comparison and see if i can stand having my head battered like being in the ring with manny pacquiao (i"ll try removing the hand deflectors aswell) |
