Jeez, first job on my XB and what a PITA.
Ended up welding a plug in then giving them some welly.
To be fair I think they had been in from new ( 2003 bike ).
Next job is to extract the studs at the front of the exhaust some Meathead has snapped off.

Well , I had access to welding gear but not a bearing puller.
