I am finding the distance between the grips and levers just a tag too far to be comfortable on my new 1125r.

It makes things awkward when switching between clutch lever and indicators as I have to reach and then come back and when needed within seconds of each other sometimes tricky. The distance on my old BMW was just right and I could use both together. I'm also occasionally struggling to get the right clutch release when setting off from parking or traffic lights resulting in a sluggish start.

I may get used to it in time but my fingers won't grow and I am considering replacing them with alternatives which bend closer to the grips to allow things more to be easier for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions on replacement levers which don't look too odd or out of place on the 1125r?

To be honest mate, I'd keep your original fingers, you never know where any other ones might have been.

OK, humour aside, your view of what looks out of place might differ from mine (or anyone else's).

Got the Pazzo shorties on my 1125


.......Also got the cheapo Chinese copies on my VTR track bike (along with home made shorties on my TRX track bike ), as have many others and never heard of a failure. After all, how hard can you pull a lever with two fingers

I've got the Pazzo shorties on my R. The brake lever is fine for two finger braking, but for some reason I find the clutch lever uncomfortable as I instinctively use 3 fingers with my left hand - I have to remember to adjust my grip before using it. May well get the longer ones for my CR when I decide to spend some cash.

I have a set of genuine pazzo's, with box, used but in good condition.

Black with red adjusters, normal length, i had the shorty's but as sportsterman i too found the clutch lever uncomfortable as i use 3 fingers too.
