Hi all, my original front disc's done 23,000 miles, pretty good I reckon but it's slightly warped now. Anyone replaced the original 6mm disc with the Buell 5mm one or are the best options Braking and Galfer? Cheers.

I've got an EBR disc, not sure I can tell the difference between that and the standard one. I believe the biggest difference to be made is through the EBR fitting kit, that gives better heat transfer to the wheel. I also have this fitted, but I don't make a habit of using the front brake hard...
If I needed a new disc, I would probably fit another Buell one...
Are you sure yours is warped and not just contaminated with brake pad material. Sctochbrite it with brake cleaner and fir Braking or EBC pads...

I use the EBR ones cos I can get them through family in the states and they are cheaper than the OEM ones from HD. Don't notice any difference but I've not been back to the track since fitting it. On a track day my brakes were shot pretty quickly but it was combination of worn OEM pads and 2 year old fluid. Now I've got 5.1 fluid (higher boiling point), EBC pads, EBR finned disk and the fitting kit. Doesn't really cost anything more than the OEM stuff for me so why not?
Supposedly the wavy's aren't so good. Stick with OEM on that one.
