
With the grey connector, I would of thought that if this was the case then going over a bump or dip in the road that put more positive G force on rider and seat would have same results , just my thought could be wrong
Also fuel pump wiring on early xb’s was a known problem area that resulting in cutting out, also remember something about wiring loom around the headstock area .
If you have ECMSPY try and get a log of the ride and cutting out . the likes of Pash and Gunter are the ECMSPY experts who may be able to interpret the data to find problem area along with
